Warehouse Equipment Finance
We entered the Warehouse and Storage Equipment market in
2004 with a racking and shelving project.
Since then we have successfully developed this area for our
clients - many of whom have been frustrated trying to secure
finance from their own banks and other well known finance
institutions, due to their inflexible approach to this type
of equipment.
Very often our clients may be investing in a whole range
of equipment, including - Shelving, Partitioning, Mezzanine
floors, Fork trucks, Security systems, Fire protection systems,
Information Technology equipment, and other machinery.
By being able to finance all of the above, often over a period
of five years, and sometimes longer, we can deal with your
requirements from one single point of contact.
And when the various suppliers require stage payments, we
can both agree and negotiate these payments on your behalf.
However, because of the heavy amount of administration time
involved we would suggest that the easiest way to handle stage
payments would be to negotiate a single payment to the supplier
upon delivery, or you make the stage payments, and then refinance
the whole project once delivered.
This facility is known as a Sale and Lease Back, or Sale
and Hire Purchase Back, where once you have paid the supplier
you raise a sales invoice, selling the equipment to the finance
company, receive payment from them, and then repay the finance
company over a an agreed term.
Flexibility can be built into all of the above facilities
to meet your individual business requirements.
We can also accelerate payments to meet tax planning and
similarly defer and offer payment holidays or step payments
to meet budget constraints as your business continues to grow.
